¶ 2 In its Corporate Fact Sheet, dated on or about January 2012, and in its Corporate Presentation, dated March 2013, Golden Sun discloses a mineral resource estimate and the results of a preliminary economic analysis (PEA) for its Cherry Hill Mine property in California.
