The stock has been slow to move due to its forward resource development projections already being factored into its current share price. Unless the price of gold goes up significantly, the only major catalyst left available to influence a major share price breakout would be a significant exploratory story which triggers a speculation component. Speculation components are the most powerful driving forces behind junior companies and in this regard, St. Andrew is neutral and as such the stock price follows the trend.
