Is no great mystery if you have the right people and the insiders buying is all well and good but they have to be on the up and up and not ther to take people for a ride.There are some of the best mining people in the world in this area and that includes management right down to the people that do the actual work of extracting the rock that is blasted underground but everyone has to be on the same playing field to be successful and then everyone comes up a winner.Like in every game planning is everything.Good luck
