RE: Private Placement Question

RE: Private Placement QuestionI would be concerned about a company that does a PP at such a huge discount to the current trading price, but then again, I can't for the life of me understand why it is trading so high anyways. The last 2 properties they acquired are garbage. There will never be mines there. Uranium is hot and the news letter writers have gotten in to some of the PP's, so the share price may go up, but this will never be a producing uranium company. And if they plan on selling the last 2 properties off for a handsome sum, they need to get a reality check. Is there any work being done on any of their properties? Then why is a $10 million market cap justified?
