Usually marks end of declineNow at lower Bollinger Band. Not much into this TA stuff, but it seems this often is where a stock ends is decline. Has happened several times with Stina over the last year. I can't see anything related to fundamentals that merits the stock being worth less today than last week. In fact, some encouraging news in the interim. Shorty still at work.
