Repsol, Statoil Ink Asset Swap Deal Statoil and Repsol have entered into an asset swap agreement, pursuant to which Statoil will farm-down 15% stake in the Gundrun field, NCS, and acquire 13% interest in the Eagle Ford JV from Repsol.
The Gudrun field, holding approximately 130 MMBOE, is a high pressure reservoir. The production from the field started in Apr-2014, and 2015 production is approximately 75 MBOE/d. Post transaction, Statoil will be the operator of the field with 36% interest...
