I am a bit confused as to where all the pessimism comes from, not sure what I am missing here... there still is the 150 mil loan in place; ICDs are purchased; putting them in place has been postponed due to the strategic review, but if no deal reached, everything will be put motion. I thought all those things drove the price to 0.30 in the first place. Are investors scared that the deal they are working on wouldn't be all that great for the stock price? That's just my understanding, wondering if there is something I am missing from the big picture here....
