I know your just doing your DD but isn't that they way it is will all investments? I have been thinking that buying into a company like SND is kind of like buying into an ETF except your relying on guys who have there boots on the ground and most likely have something invested in it themselves. I think these guys have a great busines plan and a great management team and that's who I want to invest with.
