.466/share valuation assumes all options/warrants exercised.  The vast majority of that being warrants.  However, the stock price will need to surpass 0.70 for that to happen.  Until then, you should also take into account the non-fully diluted valuation. 

Amount invested to date               --> $108.7M

Share Count = 318M

The value per share would therefore be -->  $108.7/318 = $.342/share

Also, the quarterly report shows average realized coal price of ~$65/t for the past two quarters.  I thought both thermal and metallurgical coal market prices were much higher than that.  What am I missing?  Anyone here have a website they use to track coal prices?
