RE: NDX has fallen more than 20% since announcemen The coal sector hasn't bottomed, so that may be part of the NDX decline. Also, they are in the midst of management change, implementing new strategies for sales and growth, which will take time. IMO, I wouldn't look for a turnaround until spring.
