I have no prediction whatsoever for the warrants. Could expire out of the money with nobody on the bid. But I have $5K of them just in case.

But I wouldn't be surprised to see some warrants get exercised even if they're out of the money. If I was a fund who wanted to buy a 5% stake in SND for a long-term hold it'd be easier to just buy a ton of warrants, instead of trying to get my fill on the open market.
