RE: Making Bold Prediction

RE: Making Bold Prediction

All this technical analysis is nice but...

- The first recent catalyst for the movement in the price was that promotion a few weeks back (can;t remember the company that organized it)

- The second recent catalyst was the Donner deal.

So, unless there is some new external catalyst to fuel the next run, it is not probable that your technical scenerio will unfold...IMO

At the end of the day, it is not clear to me if SND would prefer the warrants to expire as there has been reference to the fact that SND think they could raise money at a higher level than .70 in the future which they consider would be better for shareholders.

If they want the warrants to be exercised AND there is a new deal on the way, then that could certainly fuel the needed run. But, if they don't want them excercised then there are any number of end of year reasons why a deal could be delayed...this is assuming of course that there is a potential for another deal before end of year.

Anyway, no question that the warrants are an interesting gamble
