Thanks for the TA. 

I'm guessing that most investors on this board are using the following strategy.

There is not a formal name for it, but it goes like this.

Buy shares on dips to add to your already large positioin in your portfolio. Ignore the day to day moves. Wait for the same process that NW used for SLW and SSL.   When the time and market conditions are right, SND with do a reverse split and move to the NYSE. At that point the "big money" will accumulate and the SP will go up on high volume.  Then it will get naked shorted at times allowing us to accumulate more shares.
