Nolan did a great job of managing the consolidation of SG, so we cut him a bit of slack.  Difference is that SME is having such growing pains that it may be more dificult to keep the stock from pulling back post-consolidation

A good indicator will be if we see a marked drop today as the consolidation news is out so those who expect the worst from a consolidation might likely bail while this thing sorts itself out,
