Big salaries? Last I checked, Nolan's base salary was $60,000.  Sure, he has performance bonuses and stock options, but I can't see how you can insinuate that they are just pocketing everything for themselves when Nolan and David both have signifant personal investment in SND, so I am pretty sure they are hardly happy with the decline in value of their stock, as much as we are not happy with it either.
