Agreed... this is an excellent deal... very happy about this one.  We may cash flow ~$16 - $17 million annualized from this stream now, flow in a couple million from TBD, we are cash flowing almost $20 million / annum looking forward.  That puts the share price at about 9x forward cash flows.... actually quite reasonably priced.   Wish I bought more under $0.30 :)
