There is little chance that SND share price will be anywhere near 70 cents at the December 23, 2012 expiry date.  Therefore they will expire worthless unless extended. My opinion remains that the warrants should be extended for at least another 6 months. Many companies (especially venture companies) extend warrants all the time. We know that the company intends to keeping raising cash to make

A good case can be made that when a company starts extending its warrants, it increases their perceived future value prior to issuance - thereby decreasing the value of other claims on the company's cash flow. This is one reason among many why regular shareholders generally frown on extensions. OTOH, some studies have shown that the market tends to respond favorably to warrant
