Last day as a Penny Stock

Hopefully, it will never be a penny stock again:)

Volumes have been drying up, looks like we are all waiting for news/updates.

There's got to be a reason for this consolidation, suspecting something will happen this summer, maybe there will be money raised through another stock issue, consolidation can't just be for an uplisting to the TSX.

I feel they can't grow fast enough with their current potential, not enough streaming, it would take years if they don't raise more money with a stock issue or private placement.

I think they are look ahead to the day they will list in the NY stock exchange, This may drop sp price as it did  SAND when they first listed, but it will be  best in the long run. We will have more buyers, the big boys will not fool with penny stock. The US buyers on the exchange will not have to pay a transcation fee of 50 dollars to trade.

Dpd1940, Nobody will fool with a company without a future.   I was wondering what SND was going to do after the shares are consolidated.  Simply consolidating the shares will not attract the big boys..... I am hoping they raise some more money in a share issue.
