Impact of consolidation (reverse split)

There can be no hard evidence either way but my observation is that the consolidation has had no material positive or negative effect on the share price so far.

The move should help broaden the market appeal as we go forward in 2013 2014 and 2015.

The key of course is company execution.  Share splits or reverse splits do nothing to help the company operations.

 

On balance it was the right move

On contrary, the R/S has had a negative impact on the sp.  Look at the historical data since the R/S.  Nothing but red and IMO, it will continue to slide, except for maybe a short term bounce with today's announcement.   I will look to get back in when this slides under $2.  Until then, I hope that Nolan & co can turn this around.   Going forward, I look for
