A very Cheap Stock
Just a little profit taking and consolidation the last few days . The consensus earnings forecast for Stelco for this year is 12 dollars a share . Name one other LARGE TSX listed stock that is trading at 3 times earnings . Not sales , EARNINGS . I realize that earnings will be lower next year . Nevertheless this company is very profitable and will likely be profitable for years to come . Infrasturture spending is not going away . Once this stock is added to various indexes , I can easily see 50 dollars a share within the next year . Based on all the above , I just can't sell at these prices . Good luck to everyone .
