Why would any rental car company waste millions on stupid EV "cars"? What vacationer wants to wait hours to charge a "car", when they can spend 45-60 seconds to fill a gas tank of a real CAR? And if their vacation spot doesn't have an EV charger, well, enjoy sitting at place miles from your residence and wasting your vacation time so that you can save the world from non-existent global warming. EV's are stupid, they are money loser for car manufacturers and rental car companies, and they are a complete and total waste of money for us consumers. Do you understand all of this, PM Empty Head?

Not only that,  people on business trip that rent car need to get down to business , chasing ev station can make them loose $$$ , also people on vacation they want to be relax and enjoy vacation not stress looking for charging station and miss enjoyable time , I don't understand why ceo didn't see that , for me it was obvious , they may try to show some good will to save the planet

Indeed, we had a great 1 week holiday in Iceland last fall, lots of EV & hybrids, but for renting we chose gasoline as we had no idea where charging stations were and last thing wanted to do was get stuck in middle of no-where in cold.
