R U for real???Bottom line - Sunshine oil - failed! They are noy producing as they had claimed THEY WOULD BE AT THIS TIME- they also but forward another statement in August 2013 claiming they will produce in the first part of the forth quarter - they then a week later announced a slow down on the west ells project - the are not obtaining goals = management failure. REPEAT MANAGEMENT FAILURE TO ACHIEVE GOALS SET FoRWARD - THIS DOES NOT MAKE ME MENTALLY ILL BUT WISE TO CALL A SPADE A SPADE - FAILURE IS FAILURE AND THEY HAVE FAILED - AND IF THEY DONT PRODUCE BY THE END OF NEXT MONTH THIS IS MORE FAILURE AS THEY HAVE CLAIMED IN AUGUST THEY WOULD BE PRODUCING -
Not achieving goals = failure - sunshine is not achieving the goals / targets they are presenting to investors and future investors..... this is why i am upset as i do not like to be lied to.
Frosty and premium sound like PR people - and the fact is this
2.9 BILLION OUTStanding shares - 80 million shares can be bought be management for 40 grand and they have been dumping shares by the hundreds of thousands check canadian insider out - they have masked the sells with some under 10,000 share buys - i bought the full report and everthing before these showcase buys were sells of 100,000 shares or a lot more..... Report is 20 dollars - these guys are very good at cover bad smells.....
If this is such a great compny why is it in the 20 cent range? Fell from high 40 cent range?
I am waiting until the news about the JV, then i will dump my 417,000 shares as the bottom line is this company has way to many shares and they can not live up to what they claim - IF THEY DID WE WOULD BE PRODUCING FROM THE MONEY RAISED FROM THE IPO OF 750 MILLION DOLLARS!!!!! NOT OUT SUCK ARSE FOR MORE MONEY CAUSE THEY CANT RUN A PROJECT..... AND GIVING AWAY INVESTOR HOLDING TO FUND MANAGEMENT WEAKNESS
TAKE NOTE THIS COMPANY IS WORTH 750 MILLION THIS IS THE MARKET CAP NOT A BILLION - AND IF THIS STOCK EVER WAS TO REACH $1 DOLLAR THE MARKET CAP WOULD BE 2.89 BILLION - THIS STOCK WILL NOT EVER REACH THAT LEVEL - WAY TO MANY SHARES - THEY WILL END UP LIKE OPTI - BROKE AND LEFT TO GIVE EVERYTHING AWAY - SELL AFTER NEWS - BOTTOM LINE....
