From whats been stated many years ago this deposit is only economical at $25 silver. If we see silver go to 30 or 40 yes this can be worth a lot. For now just like the past 7 or 8 years its a no go

Despite my research, I can find no document about a profitability only from $ 25 an ounce of silver. Could you clarify?

Yes i will try to dig it up. It may take a little time. As the years go by memories fade lol. But i know this for a fact. I bought this many years ago when silver was around 25 or 30 and paid a high price for it. Then silver dropped. I wondered for a long time why there was no progress till i came across a report that its uneconomical below 25. A lot of big players own it...Coeur, Sprott etc. But ...more

Mining companies don't look at individual metal values like that. If the deposit has two or three recoverable metals in a deposit they average it. The zinc, copper, lead may allow them to recover the silver for nothing , e.g. only. South32 dumped a couple of green field projects recently but appear to want this one. Sedar report said they paid $55,000.payment to SVB in June. Secondly they are ...more

Hi,   I have been accummulating SVBL for years and have a VERY sizeable position.  South32 being on board is very significant.  As for the resource, they already have a NI43-101 with Measured and Indicated being: Ag  -  90.8 Million Oz Zn  -  4.67 Billion Lbs Assumptions were for $18/oz Ag and $1.00/lb Zn As the surface resource is oxides recoveries ...more

10% of the underground value is too much, 5% would already be good (I remember a comment on this forum which indicated between 4 and 7%)!

Is an update to the 2013 PEA planned? In fact, an assessment of SVB based on the only potential value of reserves seems to me to be insufficient. It would give a multiple of 15 times the current price, but it must be supplemented by an updated examination of the operating conditions and costs!

I have a few spare dollars in my account, I will pick up some more shares next week.  I love me my silver, I'm a big bull......a silver bull you could say.  I figure the Silver Bull mgmt are also silver bulls, or else they should find another industry to work in.
