Arras Minerals Bonus Plans $250M, $500M, $1BN valuation

Looks like Tim Barry is serious about potential for Arras Minerals as they agreed to a bonus plan with payouts at valuations of $250 million, $500 million, and $1 billion market cap and more for buyout if over $250 million paid.  Exciting times.

The bonus plan is fairly usual , was in SVB. The challenge will be to find a payable mine, may know this next six months or ....... Majorca still there with S32 still showing interest, must be the cheapest mine in the world per silver oz. Feel sure issues could be solved for peanuts if they wanted. Problem is our hair is getting grayer from age

Very interesting information, thank you for not having communicated it. I observe that with +- 45M shares, Arras would be valued at 5.5 CAD if the first premium limit were to be reached. We can hope that this first limit of 250M would be a minimum since 3 multiples are planned in the 5-year term now!
