Pink sheet question

Pink sheet questionAnyone know what is going on with the people who held the stock on pink sheets? In one account its showing up as a number, but it has no value. An account with another broker seems to be converting the Canadian price to US $, but the stock symbol is also just a long number and can't be traded. Anyone know if these shares can be sold if I contact the broker? I'm not planning on selling, I'm mostly just curious what would happen if I needed to.
