RE: Sanders Rides again! Cap

RE: Sanders Rides again! CapHey Cap,

You commented that "...For 2010, he <Sanders> earned $12k in salary and options. Hence, I believe that to Sanders, the options are "salary ...".

With all due respect to your comments, which are valid, I find that something seems very odd.  In less than 10 days he has cashed out of more than $104,000 in  stock.  Seems like a pretty sweet deal for someone that I cannot find anywhere has contributed to our share appreciation.

My average cost is .72.  I haven't sold a share.  I retire my Finance position on our LSE Faculty at the end of this term, wherein I return to Vancouver.  I can assure you that if I were on the Board as an "external" director,  shareholders would see a double or more from our current price.  How do I get on the SVL Board (wink, wink!), as I think the plums awarded an "external" non-entity are excellent.

In my opinion It doesn't appear to matter:

1]  what our cash flow per share is,
2]  what our net earnings are
3] how high the price of Au and Ag go,

we seem to be in a rut, and the composition of the current Board seems padded with, how should I say it politely, types having the inability to generate shareholder value as reflected in share price.

Maybe they forget who the owners of the company are ... the shareholders who actually paid money for their shares.  If I and others like me had control of this Board, I guarantee our share price would not be drifting in its current range.

Cheers,

Brit
