Sanders, and now Thody, have to run out of their free stock one of these days.
Frankly I submit that shareholders should have a clear say on the issuance of options to types like these. The usual excuse is that "yes, but they're not paid a salary". Nonsense! I sit on two BOD (one NASDAQ, one TSX), both large scale tech firms, and yes, I receive options. However on both there are conditions in place to ensure the options are exercised on a performance basis.
These types appear to simply dump what they get, then are given refills which are granted willy, nilly.
No wonder SVL is stalled! How in hell do we get any traction with pension and other funds when insiders are shown to be great sellers, and very very rarely, buyers?
