You can compare SVL market sentiment to RN's which has all the permits and $30M in cash waiting for the DFS any day now. They are hoping the banks will finance the whole thing so could start construction fairly quickly. Because they had acquired an old mine that was not shut down the old permits are still valid, which is unusual for a junior startup miner, and allows them to leapfrog years of studies and permits. It has market cap of $26M, indicating the market values only their cash.

I have way more svl than rn so am not pumping, however point out that the bearish sentiment is deep and long at the moment.
