RE: Holding well in a bloody day
RE: Holding well in a bloody day I agree SVL should hold up better than many other junior mining shares because of having actual earnings and a productive mine. With the MacQuarie Gold Hedge gone the earings per share should be very good in the 4th quarter and I'm hopeful the 3rd quarter earning will surprise to the upside as well. If silver and gold prices hold up above $30 and $1600 respectively then I would think SVL will have sufficient cash flow to fund building out their other mines and doing more exploration/aquisitions. SVL has a decent cash pile as well while smaller explorers with less cash will have more potential downside. I actually sold some of my other mining shares to increase my SVL holdings. I don't have any inside information so this is my opinion.
