The deal is Great for Fr shareholders and bs for usBasically we are trading a very undervalued company for only a undervalued one. Management did a horrible job with this deal. It Shows that they have no Energy left and that they dont Understand that they are selling near the bottom of the precious metals markets. They really just screwed US and themselves.
