RE:RE:Today's special meetingMr. Silvercreastman: Takes an average of ~10 years from discovery to production. New Silvercrest will be fairly meanless, IMO. Just a way for execs to have a nice salary for a few more years.
In all the years I have been at involved in the markets, this is one of the worst giveaways I have seen (takeover by First Majestic). M&A, straight buyouts, etc., happen all the time. But who in their right minds would make such a deal. Who was holding a gun to head(s) of others. Makes NO SENSE.

PS Looking at the data/big picture, IMO silver, in particular, has a high probability of moving strongly to the upside within the next year, sometime. Of course, one or several world events could dramatically change everything.
