Thank you bought deal

This bought deal has created the opportunity to buy SVL @ $2.61. Like that $1.60 bought deal from Canaacord a couple of years ago, this bought deal financing also is without a warrant, which is rare. So now we get to buy shares at just a nickle over the bought deal financing, while the new shares will be subject to the 4 month hold. Alot will happen to precious metals prices in the next 4 months, according not just to blogs, but DB, Citi, Morgan Stanley, ect. This bought deal financing offers a create window to pick up SVL shares.

Yes I had been looking at this and very glad I did not pull trigger at higher prices (which is ususally the reverse for me!!!) Had hoped it would trickle down below the pp price but looked solid at $2.60 so bought half position. What I like is the 740,000 oz Ag  average annual  prodn over the 6.5 LOM phase at 2500tonnes mill rate. They are only at about 450,000oz Ag based on their 2012 ...more

I agree, definitely blue skies ahead for this company.  I bought another 4.5K shares at 2.61.  IMO, any price below $3 is a fair price but at these levels it's a no brainer purchase.  Lots of upside here and if La Joya results come in as predicted then this will move quickly. IMO of course :)
