Silver down but Gold up?

Silver should be over 21 to match ratio with Gold...Gold back to 1350.  Too bad for the bought deal...horrible timing....lost all of our upward momentum.

Better see some big news in the next couple of weeks.

There never is a good time for dilution. When would the timing be better? I think it's in front off a string of good news which we'll get all year long. It's not unusual for a company to raise cash, the end result will help shareholders out, have a Bud and relax friend.

So benduck you don't think there will be any return on the equity raised? ie) same earnings but more shares out? Companies list on stock exchanges so they can have access to and raise capital fairly easily. But when they do many investors cry about dilution. Lets see what return they get on the funds raised.May very well turn out to be accretive. And furthermore you can add shares at a lower ...more

Something we should keep in mind Benduck is that when looking at acquisitions, cash is king.  SVL management has proven to be phenomenally astute at transitioning our company from explorer to developer to producer with negligable debt.  No doubt part of their current strategy is to expand their high grade assets. With that in mind my preference is to see acquisitions done using either ...more

I really hope it's not a cash + share package.  I need a break from the share printing press. :) Ideally, I hope we just fast track La Joya with the cash we have on hand.

benduck - you keep asking "if they do it once, will they do it again" Well they have done it before - this is the second time they have diluted the SP at an all time high! Previously SVL mgmt. decided to buy out their remaining gold hedge. This proved to be a very, very poor decision, not only did our SP get hit hard and take forever to recover but the spot price of gold fell drastically ...more

Timmie, The stock has run from $1.60 in late 2013 to $3 just before the PP. The stock had to take a breather and consolodate. As good a time to raise money as any. The point is stock has consolidated nicely and is set to move up from here.

Timmie your post is an overreaction. This thing was tearing it up and it seems stox move up when a financing is in the worx only to pull back on the news. This is a great story and if a .40 or 50cent hiccup bothers you than you and your friends can sell bcuz I don't mind adding on the sell offs. They are increasing production, buying more ripe land, great future in La Joya and I will gladly ...more
