Oct 1st and deal is done. Svl website offline and new owners now in the drivers seat.

To all SVL shareholders over the last 4yrs it's been a bitter sweet ride..but ends without the big payday.  I'm sure it will happen with FR.
This will be my final post in this forum before it gets shutdown.

I share the same sentiments ch08532...bitter sweet... Unfortunately for SilverCrest (and pretty much all companies in this space), since the 2011 highs of $1900 and $49 for gold and silver respectively, it has been a prolonged four year decline in the PMs to current levels of $1100 and $15... I'm not happy with the timing of this deal, but do believe that KN and the FIrst Majestic team are

I guess you can blame the resource markets (somewhat), this was a give-away I agree, too bad, higher expectations for me as well. Easy pickings, when size matters. Good luck to all in your future investments.
