savary and sarama are partners and put out the same news release, why is sca lagging and swa breaking new highs?

Apparently a large shareholder didn't understand the news release and decided to dump his shares. Unfortunately for him he'll likely deeply regret that decision.

 It seems to me that SCA generally lags Swa as Swa has better promotion (but then drops back) while SCA actually has fundamentals to support it's price.  DYODD
