Perhaps there should be a functional maximum of posts in a 24 hour period. If nothing else it would create extra work for Moissonite et al in switching from one identity to the other.
For conventional posters - who aren't repeating themselves over and over and over any reasonable number wouldn't be the slightest inconvenience.
Speaking of OVER AND OVER, maybe Stockwatch could implement some of that software that University prof's use to catch plagarism. When a posting is word for word identical to something already up there it just wouldn't be accepted. If you want to see the ultimate example of how this can destroy a board just visit ODE (Semi-garbage oil firm but thats beside the point)
