Thanks Lander for shareing that

Thanks Lander for shareing thatstory about the new short seller.... Had to laugh at his pain... souldn't go in there and sell something you don't own... I took the liberty to post that, With your credit on the FNI board where there is a huge short position and a concerted effort to move the stock down... Hope that there are several names to add to that story. Also there is no need for a house to declare a short position if there clients hold enough stock... IE the house is not short. Many brokerage firms allow traders to short against the overall house position.... the house is not short technically but in reality they are. Many houses have protraders that do just that, use their own clients stock to short sell the company down.... even better if that stock is on 4 month hold, not a chance that the client can sell it, but the brokers use it as a net house position..
