That "taking out the block" attempt has been tried before. The "group" that seems to orchestrate holding this price level simply added to the "ask" side and there was no movement. I am afraid we are going to have to achieve significant confirmed results before a wave of new money will come onboard and move the price along. Onwards and Upwards
