They are not going to take any action on Fifty dollar trades that simply moves the price within the established price range.
Were there greater sums involved OR if the action took out several price levels then you might see intervention.
In this case a quick review of the history of the stock would see that this little 1000 share "up tick" has not impacted the overall market movement of this issue. It seems just to be some individuals "hobby" perhaps to throw a burr under the saddles of the nay sayers who are only satisfied if the price goes down.
Those same "naysayers" would be using silly percentages to say "down another 10 percent" when the movement would be half a penny.
