RE: Trading Halt!While I try to be a positive thinker it is difficult to overlook the fact that exactly one year ago the stock was halted because it failed to meet financial reporting deadlines with the exchange. Could well be an industry wide diary date which prompts this type of action against non compliant companies.
Hope springs eternal but sometimes it is very, very difficult to swim against such a strong tide. At least at only .02 the portfolio loss is relatively insignificant no matter what the number of shares held are.
The company did announce a financing. Could be simply a matter of bringing accounts up to date in order for financial filings to be released.
