RE: Resolution

RE: ResolutionBy "resolved" they likely mean the submission of the financials.  I suspect that there was a time lag caused by funding.  In that context this "junior" is not significantly different than their peers.

Usually in the general experience you can take timelines offered by the company and double or triple them.  Hey they are in the promotion business, of course they take the most optimistic view.

The last time through this particular maze they were "off market" until December 2, 2008, having been halted in early September of the same year.  If they don't have the additional factors of changing auditors it may well be a shorter down time.  I would suspect they have the extra impetus of the "private placement" people.  Sooner or later all promoters want to "revisit the well" thus don't want to burn all their bridges in any spectacular fashion.

No, I am not suggesting that thereafter they are going to announce the discovery of another "Hope" diamond but they could well be re-instated as an ongoing concern.

Have a favor to ask of any contributor.  How do I find the "ignore" button.  Just don't see it on my screen and I have had my fill of the triple/quadruple/quintuple.... posting split personality with his/her Bentley submissions.

Onward and Upward.
