RE: RE: RE: Direction Change?-Lovecarats

RE: RE: RE: Direction Change?-LovecaratsIf I am not mistaken the majority of "Diaquem " shares are NON-voting.... and non-convertable to voting shares. What Diaquem held previous to the 'deal" is the only sway they hold on the board... the new board seats were also part of the deal... after all IF your going to spend near 1/2 billion of taxpayers money on infrastructure to a Public company's mine AND give that same company a $100MM line of credit to get the ball rolling wouldn't you expect to have a few seats at the table?

ANYONE reading "sale" into this latest development is attempting to load up at a discount... strange how a select few posters seem to crawl ourt from under the rocks whenever a development can be construed as negative...

The question begs... who here would have been comfortable having an exploration geologist running a multi-Billion dollar mining operation? There was Never going to be a good time for Eira to announce her departure... BUT I dare say that two months prior to the BIG news is plenty of time for these ripples to settle and allow that BIG news release to have th eeffect we all hope for.

it's my opinion... git yer own.
