RE:RE:flow through shares no worries
RE:RE:flow through shares no worriesStornoway isn't just any business, it's a public corporation with a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders. Yes, they shouldn't lose sight of the prize, but in the end it's how they get there (i.e. how they execute) that's really important. The end result, in itself, is hardly what we're here for. So, they build a diamond mine in the belle province of Quebec and accept massive dilution. Big deal! You have your prize, but the underlying shares are worth peanuts. Stornoway hasn't accomplished anything yet, and investors have a right to be concerned when they appear to keep shooting themselves in the foot. That's the perception, and yes, they do control the message. And BTW, the longevity of Renard hasn't been adequately demonstrated. That's what the flow through is intended to address and it's an issue that goes a long way to explaining where Stornoway is today.
