But, really what's the upside if there's north of 700,000,000 shares outstanding and +20% (don't forget the royalty) of the cash flow comes off the top? That's why this deal doesn't excite me or the market in the least. Securing 100% of the project financing is great, but it's the composition of the financing that will determine future returns to shareholders. So, why has a public company ceded its responsibility to shareholders to pursue Quebec government objectives?
