RE:RE:RE:RE:From Mr. Manson's 2012 Letter to ShareholdersYes, it's funny, as well as perplexing, that the board of Stornoway has always thrown caution to the wind (just consider the high cash burn rate for admin.), but now when it really counts, they decide to rein things in and lower the total corporate risk (including the financial risk). If my suspicions re: the price of the public offering are correct, shareholders would probably be far better off with a staged financing approach. A little more risk, but less dilution. Isn't that the reason Stornoway raised expensive equity to drill and gave away 60% of a multi-billion property for squat?
