RE:Financing Difficulties and 'Solutions' - another perspective

RE:Financing Difficulties and 'Solutions' - another perspectiveNice summary. I own shares in Victoria and Stornoway. These companies have taken two diametrically opposed tacts. Victoria a conservative one - conserving its liquid resources and protecting its shareholders from unnecessary, excessive dilution. Stornoway, on the other hand, has always acted as if financing Renard was a virtual fait accompli. They were arrogant, and minority shareholders are about to pay the price for that. Is it possible that Stornoway's board has acted recklessly? Has Stornoway's decisions been prejudicial to minority shareholders? These are valid questions. BTW, McConnell is someone you can put your trust in. He looks out for the little guy.
