Especially since that option appeared to be an early front-runner and could have been much less expensive and dilutive than a streaming deal. It was discussed on this thread several times and I (and possibly others) posted one or two articles that touted the potential. I think the problem have been the magnitude of the required up-front financing as the diamond deals that I'm aware of were relatively small (25 million).

It's been mentioned here before, but the streaming deal appears to have been the kicker Orion required to invest in Stornoway's common shares. So, they ended up with a fantastic deal on the shares and an out of this world deal on the stream. Essentially, desperate times required desperate measures.

BTW, nIce little uptick the last few days, but will she finally gain any traction?
