I understand  you are implicating that the majority of leaders of publicly traded companies and politicians in Quebec are leeches and hogs fornicating in a hotbed of dishonnesty and corruption  fueled by innocent small investors and tax-payers.  What now happens with Caisse de Depot and its Otera branch surely reinforces your opinion....and of most of us on this board.   What protection do we have against it ?
