RE:RE:Buy all shares on the open market for cheap.Mike..nothing new there.
The entire problem goes way back to the original Diamond Modelling and Valuations.
Matt et al "allowed" predicted larger diamonds to be included in a 'future production' size distribution and expected value.

NO LARGE DIAMONDS HAVE MATERIALIZED.

The original bulk sample contained 1.5% by weight of "larger" diamonds > 5 ct.
2018 production contained 1% by weight.
We have no idea what the modelled figure was but you can bet it was >> 1.5% by weight.

BOTTOM LINE: the 8000 ct diamond parcel was way too small to be representative of THREE PIPES: R2, R3 and R65

Matt believed everything that the ex-DeBeer's folks, Oosterveld and WWW International told him regarding modelled size distribution and value.

Matt "fell in love" and ponied up over $500k of his own money to buy SWY shares - but he took home over $6 MILLION in CASH compensation! So don't feel bad for him.

I suspect Matt knew the truth a long time ago but played it out, maximizing his take.
