The people running this company are acting out that they own this company ,screw the investors and get a hefty payout . Most of the value is 926 million shares .IF they are going to sell the company ,our shares have to be bought out .All so ,we have to approve the sale
as shareholders with 100 % shares out .
MANAGEMENT SHOULD GET SUED

My belief is that swy is doing very good with moving material,ore quality,diamond size and count, since the advent of the new ore scanning equipment and they want to intentionally restructure for more profit in the coming years in their pockets instead of investors.Read some articles related to production,material,equipment made from early this year, apparently they are doing very very well.
